anet = let's just change skills however we want, this game isn't making us money anymore. - Skakid9090 20:50, 19 June 2007 (CDT)

Wrong information?[edit source]

I think a lot of these "increased" changes should be "decreased" and vice versa. For example, Enraging Charge says that they "decreased adrenaline gained to 0..4 strikes," but wasn't the old one 0..3 strikes? Also, Conjure Nightmare and Conjure Phantasm both say "decreased duration to 2..16 seconds," but I think they were 2..14 seconds before.

ANET uses 1...15 atts in their updates. - Skakid9090 21:07, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
Over the course of this week ArenaNet are going to be doing quite a bit of rebalancing (as these last few days can atest to), so don't be too surprised if an increase, becomes a decrease, only to have increased again (possibly by a smaller margin), or vice versa. Probably best to wait for skill changes to settle down before becoming too upset with a change. --Wolfie Wolfie sig.jpg (talk|contribs) 21:15, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
Doubt any of the skills in this update will be contested. They're all quite balanced, and anyone complaining about them wouldn't have looked past 'decreased/increased'. With the change to Hex Eater Signet, I might just grab it on my monk and have a twirl with it. --Kale Ironfist 02:28, 20 June 2007 (CDT)

June 19[edit source]

There's a new update, unfortunately, I don't know how to put it on the wiki. Ghost1 20:42, 19 June 2007 (CDT)

Update pages are included in the main page at the very bottom, much like using templates. I fixed it for you. –IshmaeelLazyeyes.pngping/peek 20:45, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
Thanks. Ghost1
I found a small bug. Ghost Forge Insignias now read: "Armor +15 (while affected by a chant) Zuehlke 22:15, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
Not a bug introduced in this update. They've been that way since the 15th IIRC, and it looks like they're supposed to be like that, as they haven't fixed it. --Kale Ironfist 22:18, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
Ahh, alright. Last time I checked that update it wasn't under the notes, but it is now. Zuehlke 22:23, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
This bug/update bothers me. (there is some discussion of this on the talk page for June 15 updates as well) It's not listed at the "official" guild wiki, nor on the guild wars website as part of an official announced change. If it was intentionally changed by A-net, I'd think it would be big enough to actually announce, considering it would change the way some players choose insignia for rit armor, and A-net doesn't usually put a different class skill on insignia meant for another class' armor, do they? Has anyone tested it yet?--Mllepandora 22:49, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
The discussion page for that update has a couple of lines from someone who tested it and thee functionality is unchanged; weapons, not chants. Only the description has changed - presumably a bug. Issa Dabir 16:16, 23 June 2007 (CDT)
Just noticed A-net corrected the typo. Nice of them :D--Mllepandora 18:42, 28 June 2007 (CDT)

Lame, they nerfed Mark of Rodgort, I loved it with Mind Blast :( Phalmatticus 22:55, 19 June 2007 (CDT)

At least it's not 25 energy or single-target anymore. -- Gordon Ecker 23:09, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
True, I guess I'll just try to tag clumped enemies with it then Phalmatticus 23:47, 19 June 2007 (CDT)

Hah, they're still trying to balance SF. Good luck with that ANet :p Entropy Sig.jpg (T/C) 23:06, 19 June 2007 (CDT)

Ensign had a good idea, lowering the damage to around 80 at 15 fire, but extending the burning duration back to its pre-nerf duration. Overall damage stays the same for a single Elementalist, Pressure damage stays, but spike damage with a group of SF eles goes way down. --Kale Ironfist 02:10, 20 June 2007 (CDT)
SF spike always fails. It rarely takes halls, and is merely run by newbs who cannot form a decent group. I don't see why people have such a problem with it lol... Readem (talk*contribs) 02:15, 20 June 2007 (CDT)
Bullshit, HA is full of bad players, and the even worse players are playing bad SF. Get a decent team behind the SF and you'll do well. The reason no-one plays it is because it is incredibly boring to repeatedly mash your keyboard, and it gets expensive replacing the 1 and 2 keys. — Skuld 07:08, 20 June 2007 (CDT)
Because the skill is clearly stronger than any other fire elite (except Savannah Heat in favourable conditions), and makes other elites pointless. Its like an expensive Mind Burn as AoE.--86.7.46.87 03:24, 20 June 2007 (CDT)
Wow, just wow. Not only do they screw a bunch of people's favorite skills, they buff one of the most hated skills in the game, Nature's Renewal. Well, at least no nerfs for Rangers THIS TIME... Arshay Duskbrow 04:56, 20 June 2007 (CDT)

I think there is a bug with res sigs and heroes, it seems that they are recharging after zoning in explorable areas and I know I did not have any morale boosts. Has anyone else experienced this? Metaverse 23:51, 20 June 2007 (CDT)

Doesn't sound like a problem to me... >_>;; Arshay Duskbrow 03:24, 21 June 2007 (CDT)
Res sigs have always recharged after you zone. Is that what you were referring to, or is it something else? RossMM 14:17, 21 June 2007 (CDT)
Just to clarify it was from Skyward Reach to Salt Flats. Though I could be loosing my mind. Metaverse 17:23, 21 June 2007 (CDT)

NPCs[edit source]

Len Caldoron and Bendah removed or relocated. -- Hopefulaltruist 03:49, 20 June 2007 (CDT)

Kirin[edit source]

Its kind of trivial but im sure this update changed the pomegi valley kirins from groups of 4 to groups of 3, anyone else notice this?--Diddy Bow 05:43, 20 June 2007 (CDT)

Drops[edit source]

Maybe it's just me, but has anyone else noted a significant increase in drops lately.
