Entirely IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Information[edit source]

any good information available on how to survive this area? -TehBuG-

ATM it seems trapper groups are the ones experiencing mopst success. Raxous 06:29, 2 December 2006 (CST)
Another team build for you all to try is Winter + Greater Conflagration + EVERYONE takes "Mantra Of Frost" this reduces all damage by 40% ish. Also all take "Lightbringers Gaze". Having the highest Lightbringer title lvl is ideal with this build, obviously. Raxous 10:45, 2 December 2006 (CST)
ahhhh, figures... i dont have a ranger and my main chars are a dervish and a nuker -TehBuG-

no hench - take heroes?[edit source]

Still dealing with Gates of Madness but I noticed no henchmen are an option. I'm still hoping heroes are an option to take? Be a kick in the nutz if Nightfall had you bring them up only to have to leave them at home... --CKaz 19:02, 3 December 2006 (CST)

Taking heroes is an option. Unfortunately, taking heroes with gaze isn't. -- Gordon Ecker 19:45, 3 December 2006 (CST)
and obviously you can only take 3 heroes so you would have to have at least 2 real people to fill a group, the whole henchman issue is kind of moot anyway as they would get absolutely trounced. --Lemming64 20:05, 3 December 2006 (CST)
Yeah they should be allowed to take Gaze... well I had to ask as I can see this place being as much or more of a FOTM spot as others, so at least 2 pcs with a hero complement might be able to make a dent... --CKaz 16:06, 5 December 2006 (CST)
Hmmmm...I think it could be a problem for those who wish to farm gemstones in explorable areas without other ppl. I think the purpose is that ANet wants you to explore that area with other players.--Dark Paladin X 16:03, 19 July 2007 (CDT)
Once again Anet favors the farming orgies over the solo player. Sometimes I'm so tempted to go play Oblivion again Cyberhythm 10:40, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
