Points/Objects of interest[edit source]
Is this section really necessary for this article? I find very little of interest about the docks or the rocks in LA. --Rainith 21:25, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I disagree - I like sightseeing. How about that Lighthouse? --Jawn Sno 12:18, 22 August 2006 (CDT)
Anyone see the resemblence yet?--Spawn 10:59, 1 August 2006 (CDT)
- Ok, the traders' area looks like LA Farmers' Market without the swordfish - and there're oddly dressed people running around. No traffic jams, though --Jawn Sno 17:33, 19 September 2006 (CDT)
Lion's Arch is currently empty of all NPCs except for the Canthan Ambassador and has the look of the Amnoon Oasis. Portals allow players to move through them without being teleported and there is an instance of the Edge of the World glitch. The minimap and world map still show it as that portion of Kryta, although because of the differing shapes and portal walkthroughs you can be as far west as to be practically in the D'Alessio Seaboard or walking in the waters of the as-yet-unnamed Krytan bay. --Son of Urza 18:54, 15 December 2006 (CST)
- Scraping this area gave me 0.2% towards the cartography title. Jogden 19:28, 15 December 2006 (CST)
they fixed it with a new "build" but i have around 100 pics of the place so if you want to see them just contact me on aim at "blackfan1000"-the guy with pics.
skills mistake?[edit source]
Orrian Excavation is marked with a skills icon in the list, but the page itself lists no skills rewards.
- Mostly because the follow-up quest gives you a Signet of Capture upon acceptance. --Ab.Er.Rant (msg Aberrant80) 19:27, 8 January 2007 (CST)
Getting there[edit source]
I've been putting up info on ferrying to LA, but the third paragraph here which deals with this is inaccurate (It doesn't mention ferry captain) and confusing to begin with. I'd suggest simply linking to the ferry page. I wrote about the ferry there, so I'd be naturally biased; thus I'll leave this paragraph alone and let someone else make a decision on what to do with it. Alan Firehazard 10:02, 9 April 2007 (CDT)
