- Chaos damage?!? On an elementalist weapon requiring energy storage? Can anyone think of an actually useful reason for this weapon with respect to damage type and requiring energy storage? (Ok, good energy, spell cast/recharge and health, but no good to a Mesmer. Can't attune it to any elemental damage type...) And yes, just got one of these damn things; does not look so good, either. I'm guessing that whoever added the note about the staff being uninscribable didn't realize it had one (10% HCT). The staff has an Insightful head (+15 energy instead of +10), which might have suggested a missing mod. Since greens can't be modded, the note is otherwise extraneous.
