Talk:Mantra of Frost
It should be noted somewhere that this skill will last only one cold attack. After one cold attack, the mantra will end.

- I just tested the fire one in Perdition rock against hydras and you are right. I just found out I keep on removing it by changing to a difference stance. Sorry about that.
Kinky combo: Greater Conflagaration + Winter + Mantra of Frost. For those of you who don't get it, it means all physical is converted to fire, which is elemental, and in turn converted to ice, and therefore ALL DAMAGE BECOMES ICE, and therefore reduced by almost half, and some nice energy gain. (With the usual exceptions of chaos, holy, dark, and life stealing, or so I think.) Kamahl 15:21, 5 September 2006 (CDT)
Tohn does not have Mantra of Frost. He has Mantra of Flame and Mantra of Persistence, but not Mantra of Frost. However, I don't know how to put up a request for change stop sign, nor am I sure that I should. --Kyr One [CBE] 11:51, 8 December 2006 (CST)
Does the damage reduction happen after or before prot spirit, prot bond, life barriar, life bond, etc...?18.104.22.168 21:55, 17 December 2006 (CST)
Is it worth noting that the Afflicted in Factions do cold damage with their Soul Explosion, or whatever it is?--Euler278 23:23, 3 June 2007 (CDT)
- They don't. It was changed in a patch a couple months ago. --Fyren 23:42, 3 June 2007 (CDT)
