lvl 27 minotaur with gold lining outside on hard mode, add that to the levels. go ice tooth cave and walk out, at the mino pack just north and you'll see him, rezone if you don't.
if you want a farming build a standard splinter+barrage build works great
- Except that SplinterBarrage doesn't work very well any more since its cooldown skyrocketed --Gimmethegepgun 22:59, 9 August 2007 (CDT)
The fastest way to farm these is to aggro a group, target the closest minotaur, cast Spirit Rift while the stragglers are still coming, then activate Ancestors' Rage and Light of Deldrimor right afterwards. If they're all close enough, the group will die right away, before they have time to activate Endure Pain. Splinter Barrage is good to keep as a backup in case the group is too large or you don't get them all with the first three skills. All in all, it's a very quick way to dispose of these beasts.
Damage Type Dealt[edit source]
I was just wondering if any of you could do a test whether they deal piercing/slashing damage etc. I'd do it myself, but i'm not sure how :s.
- To do it would require something that gives +armour against slashing/piercing. Necros have the armour with +armour vs piercing and there are shields. Unfortnately I don't have any items at the moment that meet the criteria and thus cannot test for you --Blue.rellik 18:03, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that they deal Blunt Damage because they use Irresistible Blow in HM.
Any stats on wether farming these guys is profitable? I've only done one run and killed ~90 (HM Anvil Rock), got a few regular Warrior Tomes, a fair amount of Curved Minotour Horns (Worthless), A few salvage armours, and an inventory full of white and blues. Is that as good as it gets? --Sir Webley 09:43, 7 November 2008 (UTC)
