There are more exceptions than adherents to this rule that "a successful lead attack must first be made."

No where does it say that off hand attacks require the use of daggers. No where in most the skills does it say its a offhand dagger attack. Shouldn't this be added? It might seem obvious to most people, but from the warrior skills standpoint all the attacks that require swords are Sword Attacks, which imply that a sword is required. In addition to the implied use of a sword, the sword attack page states that a sword is required to make such attacks. StatMan 23:32, 16 August 2007 (CDT)

Activation Times[edit source]

The activation times added to some of the offhands in the latest update are cool, it kinda makes sense from a technical point of view (offhand is a quick, mid-combo attack to carry the rest of the chain), and it makes lead>off>dual combos more attractive. But I think a .5 sec activation time should be added to all offhands that can only be used after a lead. I think this is a step in the right direction to getting people away from typical SP/hex+off>dual>off>dual chains. Maybe even add a modifier so that duals preceded by one of these offhands get their activation reduced to 3/4 or something, making a full lead>off>dual combo feel more fluid/Assassin-y. - Insidious420 09:41, 18 August 2007 (CDT)
