Attempted to Cap inneptitude 07/may/07 Skill list only contained Ether Feast, Fragility, Phantom Pain and spirit of failure. I did not witness him using inneptitude directly but was running a knockdown build so he had little chance, either Elites cannot be capped in this mission(and a note should be added) or he does not use it. {[WittyTank}]

- No - the non-bosses were all using elites - I think this is part of the no elites before crystal desert attempt from arenanet. I can go back in and confirm with a screenie although its probably better if a wiki member does so.{[WittyTank}]
