Does this recharge only Energy stances or will it re-charge adrenaline stances as well?...here's hoping!

It should recharge Auspicious Parry because it has a recharge time, but since it only has a 2s cooldown and you need to build up adrenaline still after that, there's no real point. 193.61.111.50 05:57, 23 August 2006 (CDT)
could this be used effectively with a sword or axe build by switching to a hammer when u need to then switching back to ur sword or axe?

I love this! With stonefist insignias and while flailing, you can slam this out 4 times before the target gets up. With a zealous hammer it's only 1 energy per hit. Dark Fury/FGJ/Mark of Fury/etc. say hello; Earth Shaker -> Renew Renew Renew Renew -> Earth Shaker -> etc. Just be sure to re-activate Flail somewhere in the middle of your Renewing and you can manage your adrenaline to loop Earth Shaker indefinitely. 74.104.191.167 12:23, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
