Honestly, would be more usable if either recharge was 10 or 15 or the damage was 7..14, as you'll rarely see more than 4 adrenal skills being used by a target in any environment. Ericdanie 21:22, 28 November 2006 (CST)

Final Thrust wammos at RA/AB/TA. They do exist, and if you keep track on the amount of hits they've made, you can easily spike a good amount with this.
This skill has nothing to do with how much adrenaline they have but how many adrenal skills are on their bar. --Fyren 11:10, 22 February 2007 (CST)

That would make for an interesting skill, though - a skill that did 1..7..9 damage for every strike of adrenaline a foe had? With 4 adrenaline skills averaging 4 strikes per with 1.5 skill charged, it would do something like 54 damage with high smiting. -Phydeaux 20:07, 15 March 2007 (CDT)
