Say hi to the Torment Claws great granddaddy. These things have a range about 5x longer than normal claws, 3x harder, and OH YEA! When they die they spawn about 5-6 torment claws and 5-6 stygian demons. Spent 7 hours on this thing and died after 2 of these... x_X at least I got some good info and pics. -Samurai-JM-Assassin 00:45, 30 March 2007 (CDT)

When you are running ursan, to keep your monks out of the frey, have everyone equip a bow and chain ursan roar as you attack the Tendrils. You will be way out of the tendril's range, as well as the initial pop-ups that the tendril spawns when it dies. This will save your monks a lot of hasty dodging of tormented slashes as well as the monsters running everywhere. (with a bow at 0 marksmanship w/ ursan roar active, you will do approx 20-40 damage per bow attack. if you even have 2-3 people attacking the tendril with a bow, it will be unable to keep up with the damage being dealt to it and it will die.
