this skill is rly a con, you spend 5 energy to cast your item spell, and then cus ur holding an item you loose all weapon bonuses, such as energy. Using a stave or wand/focus would give at least 10 energy (stave basic) if its max, so before you use this you are already 15 energy down, just to save a little energy on one of your spells... 5 sec recharge means its not spammable enough nore is it a powerful enough heal in comparison to, say, mend body and soul. ~Soqed Hozi~ 06:11, 2 May 2007 (CDT)

- thats what I used it with before, but beacause I use an insightful staff, I lose 20 energy using it, so I am now fiddling around with build. Think they both will stay in it, but only for spike proof self heal and minor second healing spell ~Soqed Hozi~ 13:20, 2 May 2007 (CDT)
