Noteworthy Tactic[edit source]

I can't confirm that they don't get a portion of the drops, but if you want a better chance at surviving in the Nightfall Jahair zone where these Oddbodies are located, add them to your group by activating their associated quest and then lead them around the zone killing and completing other quests. Too bad Captain Yithlis has no direct healing skills. If he did, you could almost drop one of your Hero/Hench Monks anytime you have The Oddbodies with you. And I wish Thenemi didn't use Simple Thievery...too meh, rarely gets anything decent. Garfaz Steelfur would also benefit hugely from being W/N. I also wish The Lost's shouts could affect my own party members too (damn Paragon nerfs!), and Anthem of Guidance isn't terribly useful against most of the endgame Nightfall foes. Afaik, only Blocking you encounter is Aegis from Margonite Cleric (easy interrupt or removal), and Lightning Reflexes on Arm of Insanity (change targets/carry Wild Blow).
