He will always drop his shield if he is wearing it on his left forearm, otherwise, he will not drop it. I can't think of another boss like that... just an observation. Zedekiah 17:46, 21 December 2006 (CST)

^^^ Changed this, he is now never seen carrying it. Any idea when this happened? Zedekiah 02:33, 28 December 2006 (CST)

Farm Wandalz as a D/Mo 130hp[edit source]

Wonder if the farm really is achievable because of all the kournan soldiers there removing most of your enchantments, wherever you enter the cavern from. Is there anything to do or does a special technic work to get to the boss? Fexghadi 08:35, 31 December 2006 (CST)

There are a lot of Kournan "mesmer" that remove immediatly all your enchantements! The build, on the whole, is satisfying but in this case (against Wandalz) it's a fake.

  • I tried, just begin to clean the area with henchs and heroes. then put the flag far away and kill the group of the boss alone. It's not so long, and all the drops are for you (at least, I suppose - I got all the Xp). But it's not really farm--Nounours21 09:54, 7 January 2007 (CST)
    • Just tried my first solo of him using the 130hp Dervish Build. Got there with a full group of henchies and heroes. Let them take out all kournan soldiers up to that point. Isolated Wandalz's group, sent my henchies and heroes off a radar, and cleaned them out pretty easily with the 130hp build. What did drop (a piece of armor with a minor rune) was assigned to me. The build works exactly as described for him on the build's page.----Thor79Ranger-icon-small.png 07:10, 24 January 2007 (CST)
      • I did the same, but after 11-12 tries he hasn't yet dropped the shield. --Glenn 12:19, 2 March 2007 (CST)
        • That's where luck comes in play, just try again... Fexghadi 08:00, 13 March 2007 (CDT)

Unimportant 'Trivia'[edit source]

The trivia in this article is not worthy of note. I like it when trivia is actually interesting (even more if it were true), unlike this one which is mere speculation: 'The name is probably ..". We're not writing tabloids, are we? Feel free to not to do anything about it, just thought I should mention it as I passed by :P. Gabe 06:42, 21 May 2007 (CDT)

"Probably" is used in trivia sections because ANet doesn't tell us out-right, even when we "know" it's true (like Ensign Charehli or Colonel Custo etc). But yeh, just remove the crap like skuld just did, it's not worth having stuff that's wrong or pointless (even if it's a toss-up, I'd rather not have any trivia than have incorrect trivia). -Auron My Talk 06:49, 21 May 2007 (CDT)

And spiders use Bow Attacks even though they don't actually wield a bow. Don't think about it too much. —Dr Ishmael Diablo the chicken.gif 16:47, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
