Usage[]
The pair of {{Template|subst:tic}} and {{Template|subst:tac}} makes a page show up on the watchlist even for a null edit (i.e. it makes null edits of that page impossible).
- {{subst:tic}}
- changes to {{subst:tac}} when the page is opened for editing, and then saved
- {{subst:tac}}
- changes to {{subst:tic}} when the page is opened for editing, and then saved
