aaahh... It looks so much better when it is actually a copy in it's own template rather than in the copy of it's copied template. --Jamie 09:38, 6 July 2006 (CDT)

Template needed?[]
Is this tag needed? The text at the top of the article seems over-intrusive.
We already have Category:Protected pages for pages that are protected against any edits; maybe a category for pages with a restrictive protection would be adequate? (not sure the best name of such a category though). At the very least, I think this tag needs to be stream-lined to be less intrusive. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 09:41, 6 July 2006 (CDT)
- Thanks for cleaning it up; the tag is much less "in your face" in its revised form. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 20:36, 6 July 2006 (CDT)

temp flag[]
After the last upgrade, admins gained the ability to add an expiration to page protection, so I added a if/then section here so that pages that have a temporary protection go in their own category. Entries in this category could have the tag removed once the page protection automatically expires. I think that Wikipedia has someone with a bot watching these types of things over there. I doubt it will come up often here, so no need for a bot on this wiki. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 16:15, 15 September 2007 (CDT)
