I'm impressed, I don't hate it. :P I do wonder if there is any way to make the borders around the top line of cells of the table thicker. Just around the cells with Items, Stats, Reqs., Mods I think that would make it look better. --Rainith 07:01, 18 October 2005 (EST)

I'm less impressed after looking at what the Weapon and charm collectors page looks like. The modules that have been updated look fine (in Firefox 1.0.7), but all the other tables have only an outline, no internal lines for cells inside the tables. instead of using this, take a look at what I did to Humphreys/Collector, I used the same border and cellpadding options as before, but added cellspacing = 0, I think this looks better and it doesn't make the other tables FUBAR. --Rainith 13:41, 18 October 2005 (EST)

CSS stdt[]

I've converted the template to use the CSS class stdt. This class has been employed on new tables on the wiki for a while now without complaints. This template should now no longer be used for new tables, use class="stdt" on your table instead.

Having a class instead of a template means we can change the style sitewide (e.g. for wintersday) without the server load penalty a template change would incur. It also means that everybody can change the way tables look by overriding it in their personal .css files (without affecting anyone else). --◄mendel► 01:57, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

STDT is a substitution template anyway, so changing it wouldn't change much of any pages anyway --Gimmethegepgun 04:28, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

Check WhatLinksHere, tbh. It's supposed to be substed, but very few people actually used it that way. But no, it won't break them because I tested the CSS exhaustively to make it look as close as possible to the non-CSS appearance. —Dr Ishmael
