An item needed for the quest A Heart of Ice. The Heart of Ice is owned by Greplak Froststaff and used by him to create Ice Golems.
Like most Quest items, The Heart of Ice cannot be sold to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
This item used to have the same skin as a Sapphire but this was changed in the 24th May 2007 update to stop people from scamming with it.
