The Tormented Spear is an elite spear skin found only in the Domain of Anguish.

- Piercing Dmg: 14-27 (req. 9 Spear Mastery)
- Inscription: "Strength and Honor"
- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)

Notes[edit | edit source]
- This item cannot be sold to a merchant or salvaged for crafting materials. It is, however, possible to salvage mods off the item, doing this can destroy the item unless a Perfect Salvage Kit is used.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Doppelganger will wield a Tormented Spear while attacking at a distance, and can use it for bow attacks as well as spear attacks.
