Concise: Deals 15...63...75 cold damage. Inflicts Poisoned condition (10...22...25 seconds) if target foe is hexed or enchanted.

  • Combines well with Vile Miasma. The two feed each other's requirements once one has taken effect, and it is relatively easy to find an enemy already enchanted, hexed, or suffering from a condition to activate one.
  • At higher levels of Death Magic, Toxic Chill inflicts the longest lasting poison duration in the game from a single use, with the possible exception of Envenom Enchantments.
