- Elemental Scythe of Fortitude with a 15^50 Inscription
- Zealous Scythe of Fortitude with a 15^50 Inscription
- Vampiric Scythe of Fortitude with a 15^50 Inscription
- Full Survivor Insgnias with a Superior Vigor Rune
- In PvP it's advisable to run a major rune to make it harder to spike you.
Usage[ | ]
- Pick a target and begin to attack it, keep Heart of fury up and cast zealos renewal for energy management.
- Use Reversal of Healing and Hex Removal, with 12 Mysticism you will get 4 energy back after it get's used making it almost free.
- make sure to recast zealos renewal after it has worn off, otherwise you do not get energy return for it.
- When you pick your target, start of with Crippling sweep and alternate between Victorious Sweep and Chilling Victory reapplying the cripple as needed.
- If you need to spike a target, it's best to use the mystic sweep variant and start with Victorious and Follow Up with mystic sweep, allthough it is posible to do with Chilling victory as the follow up, but it will be much slower.
Variants[ | ]
- If you have a dedicated snarer Crippling sweep can be replaced with Rending sweep(provided a hexer),or a "lose enchantment on attacK' skill, such as Twin Moon Sweep for on demand energy from Zealous Renewal.
- If you have no source of deep wound on your team and plan on spiking, you can replace Victorious Sweep with Wearying Strike. Make sure your monk knows to remove the weakness quickly.
- If you plan on using this for a ganker, replace the Res with Mending Touch
- In PvP replace Resurrection Chant with Resurrection Signet
- Replace Chilling Victory for Mystic Sweep for a quick followup to Victorious.
Notes[ | ]
- This Build is best suited to hex heavy areas of PvE such as where there will be a multitude of Margonites, or any area you expect heavy pressure.
- This build excels in areas with little or no monk support in PvP, such as Random Arenas, Team Arenas and ganking npcs in Guild vs Guild
