Stuff I might get around to doing eventually on this... if I don't forget about it entirely by morning.
- Find out why the format in example A2 doesn't work here. That would make the formatting of these tables a lot simpler.
- Add a phantom template for mission/bounty quests to expand the "Tier" column into the actual gold/xp/coin rewards.
- Find a way to get the cycle index # off the data templates so these can be shown in cycle order.

- Can't do the 2-row Zaishen Coins header like on Zaishen Mission#Rewards etc. tables, it screws up sorting. I think sorting is essential to these tables.
