Characters
Elementalist/* - Lina Stormwind
- Storyline
- Abaddon's Mouth
- History
- My second character, and first to Abaddon's Mouth. Unfortunately, like Lorilei down below, I tended to purchase skills as I went rather than doing skill quests. To further compound this, since I got so far so early, not all the quests that are in today were available at the time. I consistantly stay Earth Magic, as well as usually playing Monk as secondary with Healing Prayers or Protection Prayers.
- Common builds
Mesmer/* - Blayze Stormwind
- Storyline
- Thunderhead Keep
- History
- My newest character, she is normally Mesmer/Elementalist, and is currently heavily into shutdown with a combination of Domination and Water Magic. Very effective multipurpose character, with an extremely high damage per second against Bosses in the form of Wastrel's Worry.
- Common builds
Monk/* - Lorilei Stormwind
- Storyline
- Ember Light Camp
- History
- Originally a Monk/Ranger, lately I've been on the Monk/Necromancer fad. Thusly, she carries a fairly standard build: Mend Ailment, Reversal of Fortune, Offering of Blood, Signet of Devotion, Divine Boon, Contemplation of Purity, Holy Veil, and Rebirth. Like Lina above, she suffers from my misguided purchase of skills whenever I could, rather then completing quests for them.
- Common builds
Necromancer/* - Takaraa Stormwind
- Storyline
- Finished Hell's Precipice
- History
- This was my first character, but when I reached Lion's Arch, I wasn't as fond of her as I was the others, and so I deleted her to make room for a PvP character. Later on, I was forced to remake this character and well, now she's probably my favorite character. I hold every single Necromancer Elite now with her. In addition to having all 4 facial scars infused & Superior runed, I have the best staves for each attribute, and thus can switch at-will to any build. I've always enjoyed the Necromancer class, and normally this character has Monk as its secondary, with Heal Area for various sacrificial skills or Minion care.
- Common builds
Ranger/* - Takara Stormwind
- Storyline
- Ember Light Camp
- History
- Second only to my Necromancer, this Ranger has not really been a Ranger for 90% of the game. Instead, this is a PvE version of my R/N Touch Ranger, which I initially created in August of 2005. While I can't say if this was an original idea or not, it remains one of my favorite PvP builds and is quite strong in PvE against difficult foes. This remains the ONLY character that I've been able to run straight from Droknar to Copperhammer (NOT through Camp Rankor) and from the Iron Mines to Marhan's Grotto (while UNINFUSED!). For PvE, I use Offering of Blood, Touch of Agony, Vampiric Touch, Plague Touch, Troll Unguent, Whirling Defense, Strip Enchantment, and a conditional last skill (Rez Signet with other players, Serpent's Quickness or a speed boost otherwise). The PvP variant has these skills: Offering of Blood, Touch of Agony, Vampiric Touch, Plague Touch, Troll Unguent, Storm Chaser, Strip Enchantment, and of course a Ressurrection Signet.
- Common builds
Warrior/* - Greven Stormwind
- Storyline
- Ring of Fire
- History
- Originally started ages ago as a Warrior/Elementalist, I've deleted and remade him as a Warrior/Ranger. Currently though, his uses are for running friends around and killing Hydra (you read that right, including the ones outside Ember Light Camp) as a Warrior/Mesmer
- Common builds
Assassin/* - Ima Boi
My first silly named character, which arose from jokes during the Factions Preview Event by friends of mine about the "little boy" appearance of female Assassins (is that even an A cup?). 9 days after creation, I've unlocked every single Assassin skill and elite skill with this character in PvE; mostly with henchmen and/or one friend who has Factions. Current favorite Assassin elite: Flashing Blades
- Common builds:
PVP (Various) - Azhuire Stormwind
- Storyline
- NA
- History
- Originally, this character was a Ranger/Mesmer. I realized that I needed to keep a slot open for PvP, and this was the obvious choice to delete. Since then, Azhuire has been anything and everything you can think of. From Touch Ranger to Axe-swinging E/W to (briefly) teleporting Mo/A.
