- Shock can be replaced with Bull's Strike although less effective, more energy-friendly.
- Replace Rush with Sprint depending on which you prefer.
- Replace Frenzy with Tiger Stance if you prefer it.

- Gladiator's Armor for extra Energy, although Sentinel's is preferred for the more experienced.
- Stonefist Gauntlets to maximize knockdown time (via Horns of the Ox).
- Any +1 to Strength headpiece.
- Zealous Daggers of Fortitude or Defense
Variants[ | ]
- Attack skills are interchangable with others, although this skillset is what is most recommended.
- You may wish to drop the Tactics line for Shadow Arts skills.
- Drop Sprint for a Resurrection Signet to help out the team in random arena.
