This spell seems to be a stronger version of Orison of Healing due to the fact it has shorter casting time and heals more.
Because of the low casting time, healers should be aware that they would spam the spell more than Orison, thus losing a lot more energy. It is a good idea to have an energy management skill to keep up the energy cost when spamming the spell to heal allies.
