Alright, so, here are the bars, and the reasons most of them suck, or are good.
Warrior[ | ]
Strength: 13, Axe Mastery: 14
- In general, it's shock axe, minus shock with a crap ias. It works, but there are better IAS's than Tiger Stance.. :\. I dislike Shield Bash in general, and Lion's Comfort is pretty useful, since the chances you'll get a decent healer are about 1 in 300.
Ranger[ | ]
Marksmanship: 12, Wilderness Survival: 12, Expertise: 11
- This skill bar is rated good. Staple ranger bar, and it helps that the sloth hunter's is pve not pvp. It's annoying having 11 expertise, but it still works.
Monk[ | ]
Smiting Prayers: 14, Healing Prayers: 11, Divine Favor: 9
- Bad. Bad. Bad. Speccing 11 into healing prayers just for healing breeze and Vigorous? and running Smite? Crapcrapcrap. Needs more Blessed Light, less SoJ.
Necromancer[ | ]
Soul Reaping: 14, Curses: 13
- I dislike this bar, but I don't know much about necros, so I can't say if its good or bad. Plague Signet seems like a bad skill, but it works with Foul Feast, so meh. Rip to cause self bleeding, I suppose.
Elementalist[ | ]
Water Magic: 14, Energy Storage: 11, Fire Magic: 9
- Blindgay. Hate it. Works, though.
Mesmer[ | ]
Fast Casting: 9, Domination Magic: 14, Inspiration Magic: 11
- I quite like this bar, but I'd prefer another interrupt over Eburn. :<.
Ritualist[ | ]
Spawning Power: 9, Channeling Magic: 12, Restoration Magic: 12
- The rit was the best bar they added. You can tank like, any of the stuff they throw at you with this. It also helps that they screwed up with the energy, setting it to 50 permanantly, regardless whether or not you're holding an item.
Assassin[ | ]
Dagger Mastery: 14, Deadly Arts: 4, Shadow Arts: 11, Critical Strikes: 9
- Meh. Combo takes too long to execute.
Paragon[ | ]
Spear Mastery: 14, Leadership: 11, Command: 9
- Looks good, but not brilliant.
Dervish[ | ]
Scythe Mastery: 14, Wind Prayers: 10, Mysticism: 9, Earth Prayers: 6
- Good. Has ws.
