User talk:Arrowsmith/Sock puppetry
Nice draft and in general I'm not against something like this. Creating somethign like this after a mass debate is just what Stabber would have done. (I'm not implying that you are one of the sockpuppets and I wont mention that I suspect you to be one of them) However there is something I might want the admins to decide, not you: Users who are banned from editing or temporarily subject to a legitimate block may not use sock puppets to circumvent this. Evading a ban in this manner causes the timer on the ban to restart, and may further lengthen the ban. -- 07:29, 19 June 2006 (CDT)
- Suspecting is fine, but unless you have proof you are just casting aspersions about, and I don't yet but soon will start finding it offensive. If you have a suspicion, petition to have my IPs revealed. I will support your petition. I have nothing to hide. Or if you have another suggestion that will convince you, make it and I will try to fulfil it to the best of my ability. By the way, the text is copied nearly verbatim from Wikipedia, so don't give me too much credit for coming up with anything. Arrowsmith 11:13, 19 June 2006 (CDT)
- Hey hey, I didn't suspect you or accuse you. I'm sorry if it seemed so. Let's try to rewrite the sentence so that it says what I ment: (I'm not implying that you are one of the sockpuppets and I am not saying that I suspect you to be one of them. I don't believe that you are, this was just a Stabber-like thing to do and I appreciate it. Stabbers work was great.)
