Aw, you guys are so sweet. I'm fine, just doing other things. All of a sudden I realized that I just don't have enough to do in GW to keep me interested as much as before. All I got left is Treasure hunter, Wisdom, Un/Lucky, which are all grind your face off. :/ Oh, and my husband's best friend finally managed to get him to play WoW, so guess what... I know, I never thought I'd live to see the day when I touched that thing, but alas, there I am raiding the Lich King's Citadel and displaying my Jenkins title. /facepalm

As you can obviously tell, I don't check my enormous watchlist 50 times a day anymore, I just drop in to see where Nick has gone this time, and hoarding my presents to some day break down and open them all, and then cry for not getting anything good, as usual.

I must admit, though, that only now do I really appreciate this wiki as much as it deserves. With all the endless websites dedicated to WoW, you'd think it would take no time to find anything I need, yet all I ever find is garbage and QQ forums. The GW community is nothing like the majority of WoW cryer-base. Now that I've experienced both worlds, and seen all the awesome goodness rolling out about GW2, I'm dying to get into it, and hope to see you all there.

Also, this week we started the process on getting me back to the states. Sounds like I got about another 6 months before that happens, but it's one of those things that can take as little as 4 or as long as 9 months. I'm hoping for the short end of that stick.

Is there really anything to input? Wikia's "business plans" have always been detrimental to the wiki as far as I can remember. Reading over those convos, I think TEF's stance is pretty much where I'm at on this. A few guys on here know a lot more about all these wiki business stuffs than I do, so I think I'll leave it to them to make the right decision on what to do in this situation. But personally, I did get a strong feeling for the flight over fight response. Anymore, wikia is making it hard to keep a well-rounded wiki that's useful and enjoyable to both editors and just readers without tearing your hair out with every "business model improvement" they make. Well, to get rid of the 25% whitespace on the right, you'll have to forgo your search bar (it'll likely get sent to the end of the page), but it can be done using your wikia.css --JonTheMon 14:13, October 21, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw that it should be getting polished up this week, that was more of a rhetorical question to go with my realization of the "benefits" of the painful dots. :P Let me rephrase: when do I get to sign in? I saw that names will be reserved, but you'll have do some logging in ping-pong to get your name/pw to work on curse. I'm hoping the "instructions" will be in the talkpage notice, I forget where I saw them now. I said Curse login, not GuildWiki, I have an account with them. I couldn't log in with it at the forum, even after password retrieval/change, and couldn't find an option to make an account at that specific forum, it only had a 'sign in with your curse account' option.
