  • Consider using Weaken Armor, Enfeeble or Barbed Signet to meet Virulence's requirement. Even the first two skills at 0 curses will last long enough to apply Virulence, and Weaken Armor or Barbed Signet will give you an additional condition.
  • Using Glyph of Immolation prior to casting Virulence will fulfill the condition requirement.
