Skill details

Full: If target foe is not casting a spell or attacking, you gain 8...12...13 Energy.

Concise: You gain 8...12...13 Energy if target foe is not attacking or casting a spell.

Like interrupts, this skill is especially useful on heroes who are able to monitor all enemies at once and as such use the skill extremely efficiently.
