The Wintersday Criers walk around Lion's Arch, Kamadan and the Dwayna Vs Grenth arena outpost to give small details about Wintersday as well as how many days are left. Most Wintersday Criers are level 2 and look like female NPC monks. The Wintersday Crier in Kamadan is level 10 and looks like a female Istani Commoner.
