Shard of Balthazate crystal

Balthazate crystal is a type of crystal with highly explosive capabilities which can be found deep inside the Shiverpeak Mountains.
In the quest "Unspeakable, Unknowable", High Priest Alkar asks players to fetch him four shards of Balthazate crystal so that he may use them to bring down the ruins of the Stone Basilica and seal the Tome of Rubicon inside. In that quest, the shards can be found in the possession of Dredge Blastrocks.
