Condensation in the air freezes into glittering shards. While in this area, you move 33% slower.

Notes

This effect is caused by the Diamondshard Mist skill used by the Remnant of Antiquities in the Sepulchre of Dragrimmar.
After being struck by Diamondshard Grave, you will be permanently affected by this until you either die or leave the map. This may be a bug.
