Description
As its name suggests, this boss is an elusive creature. It teleports away from the player several times during the quest Norn Catering. Each time, a group of Wardens drop down from its location. At the final location, the Moa becomes hostile and 3 groups of Wardens drop down around it to defend it. It is hunted for its wings to make Spicy Moa Wings.
