Justiciar Rhynnon is a White Mantle justiciar and the slain brother of Justiciar Thommis. He was escorting the Chosen out of Loamhurst along with Justiciar Taran when they got ambushed by the Shining Blade. Players can see the cut scene for the ambush at the end of the Divinity Coast mission.
Rhynnon's brother, Thommis, can be found in the Sage Lands, just outside Druid's Overlook, seeking clues to the whereabouts of the Shining Blade rebels and vowing a bloody revenge.
