Kournan Engineers are engineers in the Mahnkelon Waterworks. They tend to the pumps that The Drought has taken control of. Although not hostile to your party, they will not aid you either. There is one exception to this, however, a member of the Order of Whispers disguised as an engineer who will open one of the gates for your party.
