Mamp is an Asura at the town of Rata Sum and involved in the primary Asura quest line. It has been noted that while a genius in many fields, Mamp's greatest achievements lie in his ability to help the dissenting Asura work together. He is the head of the Arcane Council during the Trial of Zinn.
