Concise: You have 20 less armor but 200 more Health. Healing you receive is increased by 25%.
Notes
- This effect occurred in PvP outposts and Guild Halls.
- The reduction in armor value was applied after other effects from skills and Cracked Armor. This included armor penetration bonuses, such as from the Strength attribute.
- This flux was for September 2011 update.
