Qualifier points are earned by placing well in daily automated tournaments.
The number of QPs awarded in these daily tournaments is as follows:

At the end of each season, guilds that have earned sufficient QP will earn invitations to compete in the monthly championship tournament as follows:

In this championship tournament, these monthly qualifier points will be used as the third tie-breaker (after opponent’s match win % but before ladder rank). This is slightly different than the tie-breaker rules for the regular daily tournaments, which are described here.
