Dialogue[ | ]
To Necromancers or those without a secondary profession:
- "Get down! There are corsairs everywhere! They're watching us right now."
- Tell me about wells.
- "Wells are special Necromantic spells that utilize the energy of corpses. In order to conjure a well you must have a nearby corpse. Using a corpse to conjure a well will "exploit" that corpse so that it may not be used to conjure additional wells or summon minions. A well will always affect the area around the corpse that was used to conjure it, creating a glowing circle of energy to indicate its area of effect."
During quest Secondary Training:
- "Doomed. All of us! If you want to learn real magic before we all die horribly, you'll listen to me and learn a little something about Necromantic wells. With all these corpses lying about, we might as well get a little use out of them. Keep your head down, though. Corsairs... in the trees..." [sic]
