Anyone know why Rising Suns seems to randomly appear as available? No new quests done, yet one time when getting The Time is Nigh, the Rising Suns quest was also available. Seems to be about as random as actually finding the ghost in the keys. Queen Schmuck 06:10, 1 December 2006 (CST)
