A ranger could also use it as a swap weapon as a shield, it provides 10 armor and 5 energy while non-req shields provide a maximum of 8 armor (used to be higher but they don't spawn anymore to my knowledge). - they get 2 half-bonuses. look at the energy gain and armor gain.

- Looking at the image history, it appears to have a storm artifact skin. I suppose mentioning this in the article might be sufficient unless someone can turn up the rare item, but it's not likely people will be too curious with it as it's an (oooold) pre-order item. - This item glowed and moved around your hand, our tanks used it sometimes in GvG. I got the meh censor's icon, wish i had opted for this instead purely for the looks :) and yes you can still get these when using /bonus. IntrinsicPALO 11:08, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
Half bonuses?
