- Well, this is a year late, but this cannot be used in PvE. The skin can only be used on PvP weapons, which can only be created by PvP characters, which cannot do PvE. So no, this skin is not accessible by PvE characters. Ailina 01:37, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

- Again, way late (lol), but reread what I wrote. The skin can only be used on PvP weapons, which can only be created by PvP characters. So it's irrelevant if a PvE character has tournament reward points, because they cannot redeem them on that character. See Talk:PvP_reward#PvE_Characters Ailina 06:02, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
