recent bug?

I just tested this on Isle of the Nameless and in Zaishen Challenge. It seems unlikely that traps have always been inflicting roughly 1/3 of their listed damage and no one has noticed until now. Also, the damage (or healing, in the case of Healing Spring) for every trap except Dust Trap (and possibly Viper's Nest, which I don't have ony any characters) is not displayed for the player's own traps, even though I'm fairly sure I've seen it displayed before. I strongly suspect that some bug was recently introduced, which causes traps (except Dust Trap) to be be spawned unlinked to the character who set them, causing the game to treat them as if they were created by a level 0 character. -- Gordon Ecker 02:23, 24 July 2006 (CDT)

Traps seem to do very little damage because they dont ignore armor and i think they were always unlinked, but you may be right. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 62.252.128.28 (talk • contribs) 13:27, 25 August 2006 (CDT).
