Henchmen tend to respond well to morale boosts, I managed to get through here with 7 henchmen without any of them dying.
- Yep, me too, except I had 3 healers- Alesia, Lina and Talkhora. I was surprised how easy it was to get through the Icedome- the big thing to remember is to lure the packs backwards as to not lure any more. 2 Dolyak Masters= unending battle/death. Leeroythefeared 19:19, 10 April 2007 (CDT)
Recently did it on hard mode with a mate, took about an hour and a half, i recommend ward of melee(the carvers r oldschool iway wars) and veratas gaze on a hero as the summit necromancers summon lvl 21 bone fiends which can be a welcome addition to any party :)
Just vanquished, just 2 humans with heroes, 37 minutes. Just have your tank pull around corners and tank on the corner, similar to Deep's steel wall.24.186.207.198 01:38, 2 August 2007 (CDT)
Vanquished 141 enemies...every single area I vanquish, there's one patrol that I have to hunt down...didn't think that was possible on a map this small, but sure enough, had to backtrack all the way back to where I entered for a roaming group of rangers.

Difficulty[]
It's not very difficult at all, if you pull one group at a time. Made it through (as a Ritualist) with H+H in about 45 minutes.Kstarfire 22:28, 19 July 2007 (CDT)
Azure Shadow and Pinesoul???[]
In monsters category Azure and Pinesoul are listed as monsters found in this area, I just vanquished this are and didn't found either of them, and I doubt I could have missed a pop-up considering the size of the map.--Glass 08:21, 4 September 2007 (CDT)

Dolyaks are rare?[]
Although I had no difficulty in HM (and only one hero died), the Dolyaks are NOT rare. Except for the all-golem group, 3 of 4 (or maybe 2 of 3) groups I encountered had Dolyaks. Fortunately, they are not effective, and at least there were no double-monk groups. GW-Susan 18:05, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
After going through Frozen Forests like a breeze (HM), I went to Icedome and low and behold, after the Halloween lag stopped I noticed I was under fire by not one, but two groups of Stonesummit, 2 Dolyak Riders which weren't effective, yet with the fire power of a bunch of Siege Ice Golems managed to create a wipe right after getting INTO the map. No biggie though, seems there are less Dolyak foo from now on. An Anonymous Player ;-)
- I counted them, there are 4. They are very easy, especially with enchant removal like Pain of Disenchantment and/or Rip Enchantment. --Jorre22225 15:53, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
