I just noticed this: Shouldn't the last part be changed? All Elite Area of Effect skills that didn't trigger fleing are now like normal AoE. I think that this should be changed. - Abedeus 16:02, 24 December 2006 (CST)
Actually, the AI routine that works against Spiteful Spirit is a new AI routine that only comes into effect when more than three (ie 4 or more) mobs are attacking the same target. SS proccing "in succession" is still irrelevant, it's the number of mobs that matters. Health also seems to be a factor; mobs are less likely to flee if they are above 50% max health.
