I've rezoned Nebo Terrace a handful of times now and I can't find this guy. Why would a White Mantle boss spawn in a zone with no (hostile) White Mantle, anyway? Is there a quest or mission one has to complete before he'll spawn? YudaiNao 02:42, June 10, 2010 (UTC)
