- It appears that the comment was added by an anon with no comment in the edit summary on August 3rd. As the NPC wasn't even available at that time, and no source cited in the edit summary, I believe it's reasonable to remove the note until/unless a source can be provided. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 13:16, 28 December 2006 (CST)
