If your opponent is blocking, you'll have to get really lucky to hit them with your Devastating Hammer, Staggering Blow, etc., so you can use this to it's best effect (that being, hitting a target with crazy amounts of block successfully). Otherwise, you'll have to use things such as Enfeebling Touch, which defeats the purpose of all those Weakness-causing Hammer attack skills. DancingZombies

Kenohir and Libeh (Command Post Trainers)[]
