Level[]
As there seems to be some debate on his actual level, can someone check in-game at both Talus Chute and Snake Dance? I would prefer both regions being checked to ensure he's the same level in both (it could be the cause of the question on this if he differs between the two). Lol does he bounce. Bumbles bounce :P
Level 26 and tends to spawn nearest to rankor for me. had to cap his elite skill twice on my ranger's and ran past him there many times on my runs to droks.
